My name is Chuck , and I was a Master Technician for various dealerships for 15 years. The dealership was always talking about "Customer Service", but was giving very little of it. Customer Service did, and still does, take a back seat to the financial bottom line at the Dealership.
I was tired of seeing the customer get poor service, so I decided to open my own shop and do it my way. That was in 1997, and things have worked out well. I have lived by the philosophy that you should treat people the way you want to get treated yourself. This has kept a strong repeat customer base for me.
